Education is the foundation of the development of a country and nation.A person without education can never achieve the personal comprehensive development.Education changes destiny.To promote economic and social progress,it is necessary to strengthen the education of the national productivity.Early childhood education is an important part of education.Preschool education has attracted more and more attention of the state.The implementation of state's three-year preschool education's plan for the development of early childhood education brings opportunities and also means challenges;especially the rural kindergarten encountered all sorts of problems in its own development.Education problems of the rural preschool teachers need our high attention.Based on the current rural preschool teachers' ideological,political problems and education countermeasures of our state,this article will focus on the following aspects.First of all,the thesis will attach importance to the rural preschool teachers,the importance of their ideological and political education and their characteristics.And it explains why we should attach importance to strengthening ideological and political education of the rural preschool teachers.Secondly,the ideological and political education of our country rural preschool teachers still exists following problems.The rural preschool teachers have low satisfaction and poor value orientation on their job;and some the rural preschool teachers have poor political understanding and obvious weariness emotion on their work.Furthermore,some teachers even are defective on their professional ethics.What's more,the reasons resulted in above problems mainly originate from the society,school,and the teachers themselves.Social reasons mainly include the change of social values caused by the social transformation,the influence caused by the market economy law and the related rights and interests of rural preschool teachers being not protected effectively.Reasons of school include the weak understanding of the kindergarten teachers on ideological and political learning,the absence of the good campus atmosphere in kindergarten and the imperfect in kindergarten's management system.The personal reasons mainly include the outsize stress,the lower degree of identity and their varying teacher quality and the shortage of the consciousness of learning the ideological and political theory of rural preschool teachers.Finally,the countermeasures to solve the ideological and political problem of the rural preschool teachers at present mainly include: social macro-regulation policy,perfecting policy of the rural preschool education and strengthening self-improvement of the rural preschool teachers.The social macro-regulation policy mainly includes perfecting the rural preschool education policy,increasing the government investment,optimizing the rural nursery educational resources;propagandizing the importance of rural nursery education,improving the social status of teachers;and increasing the income of the rural preschool teachers.Secondly,the management system of kindergarten should be perfected,which includes the strengthening their ideology and politics learning,improving their learning styles,promoting their learning efficiency,perfecting rewards,punishment and check-up system and improving the professional entrance system of kindergarten.At last,the rural kindergarten teacher should make self-improvement,which includes the upgrading of the sense of professional identity,learning the self-decompression,strengthening self-learning to improve their own accomplishment and intensifying their legal consciousness.
