Sports quality is one of the human body essential basic qualities. Elementary student’s physical quality continues to decline, become the most troubling, in society and thorny problem. In view of this, this study suggests that we should increase the quality of the movement for elementary school students to explore, to improve the elementary student’s physical quality, to ensure their healthy and steady growth.In northeast prosperous central primary school class 3 and class 4, grade 2 as the research object, using a variety of research methods, through the method of experimental research, to the northeast flourishing central primary school second grade students, for example, of various sports makings of validation common practice’s influence on the development of various sports makings of primary school students, through comparing the experimental data, which verify the sports quality variation characteristics and characteristics of before and after the experiment, analysis the difference between the results before and after the experiment. Rich primary school physical education teaching contents and teaching means, can better help primary school teachers make more reasonable teaching plan.
