At present our country small and medium-sized student strength quality overall downward trend, by reviewing the relevant literature, found in the adolescent stage of the teaching intervention implementation must load stimulation, has been engaged in the research in this area has the characteristics and trend of the number, this paper focuses on the level of primary and middle schools of Beijing city girl power quality development, the strength quality teaching intervention to understand student strength quality development of primary and secondary schools in the natural growth period and most sensitive period had no obvious change, for the future to improve and enhance the quality of primary and middle school students’ strength, further enrich the teaching contents and teaching methods of power quality provide valuable reference. Through8weeks of strength training intervention practice, further understanding of the intervention of exercise to the overall trend girl power quality development, comparative analysis through the intervention of exercise girl power quality development of middle and primary schools of Beijing city and the natural growth in the natural situation of the student strength quality can be drawn:the intervention training can improve power quality stage school girls, the this has decreased grade power conservation, continuation of the previous stage strength quality of high speed development, intervention of exercise can deeper mining four to grade girl power quality development latent capacity.The experimental results show that:1.compared to2010Beijing student monitoring, the whole Beijing city middle and primary school girls grip strength index control data mean big trend of the test group and the experimental group before the experiment looks than the city of Beijing is low, the Beijing city middle and primary school girls from2010to improve not only the three years to2013the grip strength performance, and more than three years ago have declined. 2. from one to three girls grip strength performance of the basic trend for power quality are increasing along with the age growth, the growth performance of different grade, different classes have different growth rate. Both from the front/rear, horizontal/vertical perspective, are the first five to the sixth grade primary school, grade two, grade to third grade girls to grip strength performance of rapid growth, there is a certain correlation between the stage and the sensitive stage of the female student strength quality development. The remaining strength grade change is not particularly significant.3. the experimental group after intervention training for8weeks, each grade girls strength increased, from four to first grade between the growth rate of the most obvious, the second smallest increase, while the high school stage growth and rising, which indicates that the intervention in the experimental group female students to practice and improve the quality of the training strength effect of benign.4. through the experiment of8weeks each year after the experimental group and the control group showed increased grip strength performance.5. from the experiment result, the steady growth of girl power quality stage for primary school the first grade to the third grade, the fourth grade to grade one stage for the quantity quality rapid growth phase, third to high school for girls strength quality stable stage. Through intervention training for8weeks on each grade girl power quality was improved to different degrees.
