With the rapid development of society,human psychological problems appear constantly,which seriously endangers people' physical and mental health,and can even cause various diseases.College students are in the environment of separating from their families and high-pressure learning,and they are unable to regulate various interpersonal relationships properly.It will lead to the continuous evolution of psychological problems,and eventually they may have psychological problems.At present,college students who have psychological problems have become a special group with a certain base,which is the weak point and difficult point in the management of college students.Therefore,helping them improve their psychological conditions is very significant to the stability of university education work and students' development.This paper adopted the literature,survey method,observation,experimentation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It conducted the expert interviews and used questionnaires to know the current situation of these college student who have psychological problems and their interest in sports in universities in Hebei Province.By summarizing the related literature,the researcher selected scientific design principles and theoretical basis and based on these developed a sports intervention project,and then conducted an experimental research on the effect of the sports intervention project.The results are listed as follows:1.Recently,the number of college students who have psychological problems in Hebei Province has been increasing year by year,and there is a great need for recovery.And at the same time,sports are also popular among college students who have psychological problems,which is an important prerequisite for sports intervention.2.This study takes the safety,scientificity,pertinence,need,and feasibility as the design principle of sports intervention project,and takes the principles of sports training,psychology and sports psychology as the theoretical basis,and combines the opinions from many experts to design this sports intervention project.This project mainly includes sports items,sports intensity,sports frequency and duration.3.The experimental results show that the sports intervention project can significantly improve college students' psychological problems in six factors,i.e.others,somatization,depression,sensitive of interpersonal relationship,anxiety,and paranoia.4.So in the future,when colleges and universities manage and intervene on college students who have psychological problems,they can combine sports intervention methods and psychological counseling methods,and choose corresponding sports projects to help students with psychological problems to recover health.5.Is in need of improvement,although this movement prescription intervention in duration,intensity,selection of sports have a principle,according to the maximum at the same time considering the rationalization,scientific,but when choosing specific project movement intervention must be combined with the psychological characteristics of individual subjects,want to consider the differences of individuals at the same time,pay attention to the subjects' status at any time.It is expected that in the future,we can have more in-depth and continuous study and research,and constantly optimize the program,so as to truly achieve the goal of improving the mental health level of "students with special psychological feelings".
