Suitable for people of different ages, different gender, can be used as an ideal entry volleyball, also can be used to carry out high level athletics. Conform to the school sports implementation of health first, the students as the guiding ideology, but also in line with the Yuncheng campus of Heze University, the requirements of the reform of volleyball teaching.This paper attempts to study and comprehensive analysis through the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and summarized the law of Heze University Yuncheng Park Campus volleyball and hard volleyball teaching effect. In this study, we developed a more reasonable volleyball teaching syllabus and teaching schedule, and in strict accordance with the outline of the development and progress of the experimental teaching. Due to its characteristics of Volleyball in the park by park volleyball teaching can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, enhance students’ interest in learning, so as to improve the students’ learning efficiency, is also proved in the experiment, more suitable for the actual situation of Heze Yuncheng college campus.
