First, the study found its spatial and temporal distribution is special from the location of the village. Because the village is in the transition period of modernization and urbanization, the village society’s life and the production method has put on the non farm non City coat, which makes the village not only has the characteristics of rural society, but also the culture of the city. As a result,the social status and social beliefs of village residents are two yuan of state. And residents’ living time distribution and utilization as a direct reflection of people’s living and production methods, the life time distribution of the village residents is a mixture of several time distribution patterns, that is fusion of three time modes, it respectively is alinear time distribution model of industrial civilization, micro time patterns of fragmentation in the information age, and time allocation model of village tradition. Also therefore, the temporal and spatial distribution of the village residents also showed a kind of fuzziness. Secondly, from the level of national policy formulation, D village as a provincial new rural pilot base, it is a specific time and space defined by the state.Therefore, the time and space distribution of the rights and obligations of the village residents has special characteristics.To focus on and improve the quality of life and the value of life for local residents,this article unifies the time and space organically, and exploring how transition of society and economical interact with evolution of time and space is key from the perspective that the residents’ rights and obligations of their life for time and space.
