The Study Of Materrial Culture Construction In Vocational School

As the carrier of campus culture, campus material culture is an important manifestation, the physical environment of the education and teaching activities as well as an important way to show school characteristics and achieve school training objectives. In the process of constructing material culture, absorbing the corporate culture and the integration of corporate element can directly embody the development direction of the modern vocational education.In this paper, taking Xi’an Technician College(vocational school) run by XD Group, China, as an example, some researches have been done, including contents, roles and characteristics of campus material culture construction; the analysis of the current problems are based on the typical methods and the effects in the practice of vocational school material culture construction. It puts forward that campus material culture construction of vocational school should adhere to the following basic principles, such as the concept of policy leading, completing the top-level design, perfection of the mechanism guarantee and all participation. It also suggests that campus material culture construction of vocational schools should be done well in planning the campus layout, expanding financial channels and enterprise participation.Innovation point of this article is to fully combine the concept of modern vocational education development "school in enterprises, enterprises in school" with the construction of vocational school material culture; to set a construction system from theory and practice; to improve the construction mode; to enrich the education mode and promote the sustainable development of vocational school education.
