Research On The Improvement Of Operation

Sunrise Group is one of the benchmark enterprise for drink industry in China. Sunrise corporate university was officially established on September 16, 2012, the project was started planning at early 2012.The paper will start with theories of global corporate university research, analyse the difference between corporate university and training centre, relationships between corporate university and human resource department and business department. Following by conducting an operation management comparative analysis between domestic and overseas university, we will come to necessity of building Sunrise Group’s corporate university.The paper present background of building the corporate university by describing company’s essential information including history, culture, current situation of human resource and training operation. The paper then describe establishment process of the university and problems that were found during one year operation period. Through the analysis, we concluded that business schools must improve strategic and operational management, and proposed strategic and operational school management system. In conjunction with practice cases of operational management, the paper then conduct a systematic, full-scale and detailed analysis on strategic and operational management of the university.At the end of this paper, the author summaries the full text, bring up two key points of corporate university’s strategic and operation management which is “adhere to the strategic orientation” and “uphold the unity of knowledge," and forecast the future of corporate university. At the same time, for Chinese company that want to build corporate university, the author also extract three major advices which are support from high level management team, team building and institution construction and practical reference from other companies.
