China Unicom University Development Planning

The development of corporate universities usually experience five stages:the first phase, employee training; the second stage, heritage culture; the third stage, promoting organizational change; the fourth stage, integration of industrial chain; fifth stage, provide service for external customers.The China Unicom University as a corporate university, is currently in the first phase of development. This thesis is based on the theories of training management system from human resource management system, as well as the development history of corporate universities and related knowledge. The writer tries to analyze on China Unicom University’s current shortcomings in training management. Then on this basis, makes a better use of the combination of the training resources, training policies and training implementation systems, trying to find out the corresponding solutions.Further than this, the writer proposes that China Unicom University as a corporate university, should not only be limited in a training expert, but also should make further steps to help to realize the corporate strategy, transmit the corporate culture and values, improve employee performance levels, enhance staff of corporate responsibility and the core competitiveness of enterprises. The writer reveals its future development plan is gradually to realize the responsibilities of corporate culture, promote corporate reform, integrate industrial chain and provide services to outside clients.
