Analysis And Research On The Operation And Management Of Sports Venues In San Jose State University

In the current era of our country,the large construction period and large investment capital of large-scale social stadium centers make the large-scale sports centers invested by the government unable to fully meet the sports needs of the people.While social forces are constructing and operating stadiums,opening no-profit college stadiums to the society is one of the ways to resolve this contradiction.However,compared to public sports centers with government investment and profitable social stadiums and venues that are self-financed by social capital,school sports stadiums are more likely to have a balance problem between public welfare and operating profit when facing open operation and management of the public.As one of the most important stadium systems in China,university stadiums have a huge number of stadiums.How to more effectively improve the operation and management effect of college stadiums will determine whether the contradiction between the supply and demand of social sports resources can be better solved and whether the development of college student sports can be better promoted.As one of the countries with the best sports development in the world today,the development of American college sports has always been an important foundation supporting its national sports industry.As one of the necessary conditions for the development of college sports in the United States,stadiums in the United States have also explored many successful experiences in the development history.This research takes San Jose State University in California as an example.It adopts the literature method,logic analysis method,field survey method and interview method.It conducts field research and interviews with San Jose State University and interviews with the managers of related stadiums and venues.The research concludes that the mature effect of the management and operation of the stadiums and venues of San Jose State University is mainly reflected in the clear structure of the university stadiums and stadiums;the construction and management goals of the stadiums are based on the main functions of the stadiums;the stadiums use a variety of management modes when sharing different responsibilities;intelligent upgrade based on campus information,and management philosophy and consciousness with students as the absolute subject.Finally,the author summarizes the experience of the management and operation of the stadiums of San Jose State University in the United States as inspiration and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of stadiums and universities in China in light of China's current social era background.
