With the continuous development of information technology and network technology, education gradually toward information and modernization, in this context, micro-lecture emerged. It dapper, fun and visual qualities by primary and secondary school teachers and students love attention. Effect of micro-lecture in the growing field of education, therefore, I believe that it is necessary to explore how to apply the micro-lecture in teaching.First, the definition of literature analysis and research status at home and abroad micro-lecture. Then, there is the problem of starting junior high school biology teaching, through questionnaires and interviews to see if the students love the degree of biological sciences and micro-lecture teaching resources such acceptance, etc., clearly teachers are product and used of micro-lecture in class difficulties encountered in the process, combined with the course objectives and teaching content analysis applied to the micro-lecture teaching junior high school biology applicability. To analyze the results of preliminary basis, the author discusses the design principles of micro-lecture, the initial establishment of teaching junior high school biology classes teach new courses, heavy and difficult to break through the class, class exercises and refresher class four class-based micro-lecture design process, the production process and the use of micro-lecture design, the preparation of teaching cases, teaching and practice of tracking cases analyzed in this paper teaching cases the specific implementation of the four categories in each micro-lecture selected a classic example to elaborate. Finally, classroom quizzes, comprehensive test and student interviews, testing the effect of the application of micro-lecture, micro-lecture timely adjustments.The author proposes a new lesson to teach junior high school biology teaching in class, heavy and difficult to break through the class, class exercises and refresher classes four kinds of micro-lecture type lesson design process and the implementation process for teachers operations. Practice shows that the use of this micro-lecture teaching resources in junior high school biology teaching, improve teaching efficiency and learning efficiency. First, the optimization of teaching junior high school biology class, rich teaching junior high school biology of the resources, the full realization of the proposed new curriculum reform to achieve the requirements of modern teaching philosophy. Second, the rational allocation of students after school hours, students can watch repeatedly according to their own micro-video learning to meet students’ individual learning needs, is conducive to independent learning habits. Third, teachers in the production and use of micro-lecture in the process, improve their own technical capabilities of modern education, help develop information literacy and information technology teaching ability of teachers.
