Micro-lecture gathered diverse educational information,this resource is new and original.During the development period of "Internet+ Education",the knowledge learned in the classroom could not satisfy people's knowledge needs.Through micro-lecture,guided by their own learning needs,students can obtain the knowledge quickly at any time.The reproducibility was weak,which was not convenient for students to memorize theoretical knowledge and cultivate practical ability.The WeChat public platform can be used for online micro-lecture teaching,which can not only learn at any time and place,but also collect students' learning in time.The establishment of the platform combined constructivist learning theory,audiovisual teaching theory,mobile learning theory,and multiple intelligence theory.Used biology micro-lecture to explore real-situation problems and realized the audio-visual functions of micro-lecture.As an alternative learning experience,biology micro-lecture made up for the lack of direct experience of students,Trained students' multiple intelligences from the perspectives of nature,space,logic,etc.Realized the extension of the classroom,the expansion of technology and the innovation of teaching methods.Explored the positive effect of micro-teaching on students' learning ability.By setting the experimental group and the control group,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified according to the pre-and post-test data of the experimental group.Use SPSS to analyze the questionnaire survey results of the single group before and after testing from the four dimensions about autonomous learning,learning motivation,learning participation,and learning efficiency.The results showed that the students who have participated in the practical learning of micro-lecture on the WeChat public platform have improved the average scores in the above four dimensions,and there were very significant differences compared with the pre-test.Compared to conventional micro-lecture,This research has developed a series of special biology teaching resources.WeChat public platform increases the channels for spreading micro-lecture.This method can perfect the construction of students' distance education,and improve the efficiency of teachers' micro-lecture production.
