Research Purpose.In 1952,Chairman Mao Zedong put forward the "development of sport to enhance people’s health," the great discourse, the whole country set off a wave of physical exercise.National Sports Committee of the masses to enhance physical fitness, continue to inspire the masses to participate in physical exercise initiative to develop a "Youth Sports Training Standards" and in the whole country in 1964. In order to constantly improve the physical training standards, the State Sports Committee in 1973 to re-established training standards,renamed the "National Standards for Physical Exercise", expanding the scope of use of the crowd, and was revised in 1982 and 1990 and promulgated. 2013 State Sports General Administration, together with the Ministry of Education and the National Federation of Trade Unions re-enacted the "National Standards for Physical Exercise" and be implemented."National Standards for Physical Exercise" is a fundamental system of sports is to encourage and promote national actively participate in physical exercise is an important measure. How to implement the "National Standards for Physical Exercise", to raise awareness of the masses to participate in physical exercise, and encourage the active participation of adolescents and supervise physical exercise improve physical fitness, the current socio-economic development is an important issue. In order to understand adolescent physical fitness, physical grasp the basic situation of young people, we have the 2013 version of the "National Standards for Physical Exercise" as the basis, to carry out research on young people’s physical fitness, youth sports exercise explore Status, aims to promote the active participation of adolescent physical activity and constantly enhance their physical fitness.Experimental object and method.The study of six cities in Shanxi 6-17 years 7144 students study. Use Beijing Xin Dong Huateng company type Ⅱ physique monitoring equipment, according to the 2013 edition of "National Standards for Physical Exercise" to study subjects Physical Fitness Test. The use of "mean ± standard deviation" to describe the statistics between the two groups were compared using t test; count data between groups taking χ2 test to compare.Test indicators: Skipping 30 seconds, 50 m × 6(8) shuttle run, run 800 meters, 1000 meters run, one minute sit-ups, chin-ups, cross quadrant jump, Sit and Reach indicators,according to different age groups and gender were tested strength, speed, stamina, agility,flexibility five indicators for testing.Rating Criteria: In accordance Edition 2013 "National Physical Training Standards" to evaluate each of the indicators out of 100 points out of 500 points, divided into excellent(400or above), Good(320-399), passing(200-319), failed(including 199 or less) four grades.Result Analysis.(1) 6-17 year old girl in Shanxi physical training standards compliance rate, good rate and pass rate than boys(P <0.05);(2) in the 6-11 year-old students in Shanxi Jinzhong City,male and female students physical training standards highest compliance rate and excellent;12-17 year-old students in the city of Jinzhong and Changzhi male female students physical training standards compliance rate is highest.(3) Shanxi 6-17-year-olds 30 seconds skipping average index showing an increasing trend with age, skipping the average female in each age group was significantly higher than that of boys, the difference between boys and girls 6-15 years of age was significantly(P < 0.05).(4) 6-17-year-olds in Shanxi Cross quadrant jump elapsed time decreased with age, boys and girls between the ages of 7 significant differences(P <0.05).(5) Shanxi 6-17-year-olds sit and reach age showing increasing trend of slow growth in girls than boys in all age groups, the difference between boys and girls wassignificantly(P <0.05).(6) 6-11-year-olds sit index grows with age, most of the men more than the average number of sit-ups girls, boys and girls between 7-10 years significantly different(P <0.05). 12-17-year-old girl one minute sit-ups slowly increased with age, 12-17year-old boys in the lead-up aged 12-15 showed a rising trend, after 15 years of decline.(7)Taiyuan, Datong, Changzhi and Yangquan 6-11 age group of students skipping 30 seconds more than the average number of boys and girls, the difference was significant(P <0.05);Taiyuan, Changzhi, Xinzhou City, and the age group 6-11 boys 1 minute crunches average more than girls, the difference was significant(P <0.05); Changzhi, Xinzhou and Jinzhong City, 6-11 age group cross quadrant jump index lower than the average male girls, the difference was significant(P <0.05); Taiyuan, Datong, Yangquan, Changzhi, Xinzhou and Jinzhong 6-11 age group Sit and Reach indicators girls less than boys, significant differences(P <0.05). Taiyuan, Datong, Changzhi and Yangquan city boys 12-17 age group is greater than the average of one minute sit-ups 6-11 girls, the difference was significant(P <0.01); Taiyuan,Datong, Changzhi and Yangquan city each age 12-17 years group average body sitting flexion greater than 6-11 year age group in each age group, the difference was significant(P <0.01).conclusion and suggestions.Conclusion:(1) Shanxi girls aged 6-17 overall physical fitness standards higher than boys,girls aged 12-17 standard rate in students of all other age groups.(2), Taiyuan, Datong,Jinzhong, Changzhi City, the students’ fitness test is better than the overall index Xinzhou students.(3) Shanxi 6-17-year-olds 30 seconds skipping indicators girls in each age group averages than boys; physical agility and coordination between 6-17 years old girls better than boys.(4) 6-17-year-olds in Shanxi Sit and Reach indicators with age at first increased and then decreased trend; flexibility girls better than boys. Power Quality and Speed Quality(5)Shanxi 6-11 years old boys better than girls.suggestions:(1) vigorously promote the "National Standards for Physical Exercise",schools Shanghao each section of physical education. In accordance with the "NationalStandards for Physical Exercise" requirements, conduct annual physical fitness test students,the physical quality of the students to grasp the changes.(2) Schools should take the "National Standards for Physical Exercise" as a starting point, to strengthen school sports, so that the school sports work to implement into practice, the establishment of appropriate evaluation mechanism, the Governor of the students actively involved in sports and physical exercise, are young students physical exercise awareness, develop physical activity habits.(3) increase investment in school sports funding, establish and improve the sports venues facilities,improve school physical education content, actively guide the formation of teachers and students strive to achieve physical fitness "National Standards for Physical Exercise" atmosphere.(4) improve students’ bad habits and eating habits, focusing on nutrition diet,promoting physical development of young people.(5) social and family should care physical fitness of students, to guide young people from passive to active participation in physical exercise, physical exercise in its feel from the fun, so that every teen can be healthy and robust growth.
