Study On The Construction Of Evaluation System Of Key Basketball Schools In Our Country

China’s key basketball schools refer directly under the Chinese Basketball Association basketball school, since 1998 has gone through 28 years of development, China’s key basketball schools for the training of outstanding basketball reserve personnel to make a certain contribution. As of 2011, China has established a focus on basketball school 9, respectively, in Changchun, Shenyang, Chengdu, Nanjing, Beijing, Qinhuangdao, Jiaozuo, Fuxin, Dongguan, but so far still the only remaining school in Fuxin, Jiaozuo, Dongguan this the school focused on three baskets in order to guide the scientific development and management of the school’s focus on basketball, Chinese basketball Association intends to build a set of evaluation system focused on basketball school, this thesis establish the guiding ideology and principles of China’s major basketball school evaluation system and to evaluate the impact of the factors listed in our focus on basketball school, followed by two rounds of selection index constructed evaluation index system, and determine the index weights to construct the evaluation system of China’s major basketball school, according to the evaluation system established conducive to scientific and clear focus on the educational level of the school basketball quantitative assessment, more scientific guide our focus basketball school management and development. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, Delphi method, mathematical statistics, for building evaluation index system and using AHP calculate the index weight coefficient. The results are as follows:1、China’s key basketball schools Evaluation System Construction guiding principle is: our focus on the evaluation of the school’s basketball purposes, Promoting Construction with strong play, assessment and reform function, and our focus on the objective of the current school basketball developments unfolded, highlighting the development and construction of China’s key features basketball school, trying to build a set of evaluation index system of qualitative and quantitative.2、 China’s key construction principle basketball school evaluation system contains are: the principle of subjectivity, objective principle, the principle of systematic, scientific principle, the principle of empirical principles and feasibility.
