campus basketball activities refer to basketball activities carried out in schools.It takes the campus as the space,the participation of students and teachers as the main body,and basketball content as the main content and sports means.The audience group of campus basketball activities mainly focuses on primary and secondary school students and is committed to cultivating the basketball interest of young people in school,promoting the basketball tactical level and physical quality of young people in school,and improving the pool of basketball talents in China.For campus basketball activities,the General Office of the Ministry of Education promulgated a notice on the pilot work of campus basketball promotion[ Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Pilot Work of Campus Basketball Promotion],decided to carry out special work on campus basketball promotion from 2016 onwards,and use 11 provinces(cities)as pilot areas for campus basketball promotion.Each region has 50 primary and secondary schools,including 30 primary schools and 20 secondary schools.It is emphasized that by 2020,each characteristic pilot school will gradually form a "one school,one product" and "one school,many products" teaching model,and strive to improve the quality of sports teaching.In 2017,the General Office of the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Selection of Youth Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools in2017" [ Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Selection of Youth Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools in 2017],and the "Basic Standards for National Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools" [ National Basic Standards for Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools] As one of the first pilot areas of campus basketball in China,the prospect of campus basketball development is very impressive.However,there are special factors such as the current situation,economy,terrain,and population of campus basketball in Sichuan Province.There is still no clear evaluation index system for campus basketball characteristic schools.The development of campus basketball in Sichuan lacks the basis of scientific evaluation.Based on this,the paper adopts expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,analyzes and establishes the basic principles and indicators of the evaluation index system of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools,and constructs the evaluation index system of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools.According to the evaluation index system established,the evaluation of the campus basketball activities of the Sichuan campusbasketball special pilot school is conducive to scientific and clear quantitative evaluation of the level of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools.Guide Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school to manage and develop more scientifically.The specific findings of the study are as follows:The purpose of the evaluation index system of campus basketball characteristic schools is to guide the more scientific management and development of campus basketball in Sichuan Province,provide a basic evaluation platform for various characteristic schools,and make each characteristic school have basis support in all aspects.The elements of campus basketball characteristic school system involve environment,culture,management and basketball activities.As far as it is concerned,Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school lacks the corresponding evaluation system to determine the rationality of its development.It needs the relevant parties to provide a certain theoretical basis for the research period.The evaluation index system of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools consists of two parts: the evaluation index of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools and the evaluation rules of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic schools.The evaluation indicators consist of three levels of indicators.The first level indicators are: the organization and leadership of A1 schools,A2 school management,A3 teacher construction,A4 student level evaluation,A5 training team and other five specific dimensions.Among the second-level indicators,A1 involves school leaders 'attention,development planning,enrollment management,and organizational organizations;A2 involves teacher management,teaching management,competition management,school mechanism construction management,school facilities construction management;A3 involves teacher selection,training level ability,classroom arrangement and management,training management;A4 involves school performance,special special tests;A5 involves team selection,logistics,training methods,etc..There are a total of 49 disaggregated indicators for the tertiary indicators.According to the evaluation indicators,the dimensions of each indicator are quantified and analyzed.Each level of indicators corresponds to each other,and the layers are refined.Finally,the evaluation rules are constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on schools with special characteristics in various regions in the draft cycle,and the advantages and disadvantages of each characteristic school are determined according to the quantification of indicators.The aim is to develop campus basketball activities in Sichuan.The evaluation rules belong to the evaluation indicators,and the two echo each other to form an orderly evaluation index systemfor campus basketball in Sichuan Province.The evaluation index system of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school is applied to the evaluation practice of Sichuan campus basketball.It was found that there are uneven development of basketball levels for boys and girls in junior and senior high schools,closed information on minority campus basketball,lack of comprehensive development and specialized development of students,and lack of emphasis on the alternation of old and new players.And from the characteristic school organization and the leadership,basketball teacher team two dimensions to explore the Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school development direction,and then put forward some suggestions.This not only verified the evaluation index system of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school,but also made a scientific diagnosis of Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school.
