Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of The Basketball In Jinan Primary And Secondary Schools

With the further reform of sports system in China,basketball has become an important teaching content of physical education in China.Sports is an important component of education.General Secretary Xi Jinping,in the important speech of the national education conference held by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,pointed out: "establishing the guiding ideology of health first is not only the guiding ideology of education,but also the action guide for school sports.Providing a complete physical education is the best way and basic guarantee to help students enjoy fun,enhance their physique,build healthy personality and exercise their will in physical exercise.”This paper considers Jinan primary and secondary school basketball evaluation iindicatiors system the research object.Literature,Delphi,semi-structured interviews,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and mathematical statistics are used to build a scientific and effective evaluation index system which is suitable for the primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan.Through the evaluation scale,we may find problems of the school basketball,and make targeted improvements to promote the continuous development of the primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan.The construction of the evaluation index system of the primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan mainly includes the following steps: first,experienced screening;second,use Delphi method to determine the selected index.Through two rounds of expert investigation,the evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball is finally determined,which includes 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 41 third-level indexes;thirdly,the weighted value of each index system is determined by AHP.Finally,the connotation of each index in the evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball is explained.The results show that:1.In the process of building the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan,the selection of evaluation index should follow the principle of building the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan,and the evaluation index that meets the requirements should form an empirical evaluation index system according to the mutual influence and subordination between various factors to form an orderly hierarchical structure model.2.From the perspective of the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball,the proportion of the weight of teachers in the first level index is the largest,so the construction of teachers team is still an important part of the current construction and development of primary and secondary school physical education;In the second level indicators,the proportion of teachers' structure,teachers' construction and management,basketball activities in school,basketball teaching and school organization and leadership is relatively large;in the third level indicators,the educational background structure ofPE teachers,the talent development policy of PE teachers,the participation of basketball activities,the readiness of male and female basketball teams in school,the existence of a basketball bulletin board,the annual activity funds of campus basketball and the training and selection system of basketball players account for a large proportion.3.When using the evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball,we should give full play to the positive role of evaluation,supervision,guarantee and improvement of it so as to promote the development of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball,promote the construction and development of school sports,maximize the diagnostic and guiding functions of evaluation,and promote the development of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball In the direction of science and system.4.According to the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball,the construction of the teaching staff is still the top priority of the school physical education at present.It is necessary to establish the teaching staff with campus characteristics,establish a stable professional and part-time combined teaching staff,strengthen the Vocational training of the existing teachers,and improve the incentive and guidance mechanism of the construction of the teaching staff.In addition,the school should strengthen the construction of basketball team,increase the diversity of basketball activities in the school,attract more students to participate in.Finally,the publicity of campus basketball should be strengthened to improve students' and parents' cognition of basketball.The school,family and society should work together to develop campus basketball.5.This paper aims at the construction of the evaluation index system of the primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan with the goal focusing on the primary and secondary school basketball in Jinan.The selection and determination of the index is based on the actual situation of the primary and secondary school in Jinan,so the region is limited in Jinan.Since no similar evaluation index system of primary and secondary school basketball has appeared before,the established evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball may need to be updated and developed in the process of use.In addition,school physical education is alsoin the process of continuous development,so the evaluation index system of Jinan primary and secondary school basketball should also change with the development of school physical education.
