My spare time is not in class, practice, and sleeping and eating to satisfy the physiological needs beyond the time. Spare time is usually an individual can have free time, it provides time guarantee for each individual’s all-round development. On the master’s graduate student, spare time arrangement refers to all school teaching plans, curriculum and training activities outside of the time to complete the freedom to arrange things. At present, graduate students in their spare time is abundant, but there exist some unreasonable time arrangement, effective use of time is not high. Therefore, for graduate students in their spare time arrangement behavior research, help us to more specific understanding postgraduates spare time arrange the content found the existing problems, find schools and management in time management education strategies to help master study students improve time efficiency, better self-development.By referring to the relevant literature of the research, combined with the impact factors of Postgraduates spare time arrangement, the initial development of the structure and content of graduate students majoring in spare time questionnaire.After the initial development of the questionnaire, a small range of test was carried out. Statistical test results, the structure of the questionnaire to do further adjustments, fully consider the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, so that the investigation is more convincing. Based on the questionnaire investigation of 215 full-time professional graduate students in Capital Institute of Physical Education, the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are put forward:The conclusion is:(1) the professional master’s degree students in the three or four semester of spare time is more adequate, but the time is a waste of time management ability is not strong.(2) the content of spare time is rich, but the proportion of the study time allocation is relatively small, which is not conducive to the high quality of the completion of their own learning tasks and the cultivation of graduate students.(3)after the professional master’s degree,the plan is better, but the implementation is not good, and some graduate students can not complete the implementation of their own time schedule.(4) the internal factors of the physical condition of the professional master’s degree in spare time arrangement is larger, and the external factors are the main aspects of the influence of the external factors.Recommendations:(1) postgraduates should combine their own goals anddirection of employment, setting short-term goals, push yourself to do.(2)postgraduates should strengthen self-management ability, develop good habits,overcome their inertia, serious efforts should be undertaken to complete their tasks.(3) postgraduate students should cherish the time, reasonable use of schools provide favorable conditions, to enrich themselves, improve themselves.(4) the school should create a good learning, training atmosphere, helping students to form good study habits, school administrators and teachers should care more about graduate, to guide the students fully prepared for education and employment.
