The new college entrance examination policy in Zhejiang province after the introduction of high school students face the examination and selection of choice in physics. Rural high school teacher shortage, uneven students, physics subject is no longer all science students, we need to choose to participate in the college entrance exam subjects, therefore, rural high school where the author ever since the first in high physics implemented a stratified teaching class. The topics of research ideas is through the hierarchical design and optimization of various teaching links in the physics classroom of hierarchical management model formulated detailed practices, in rural high school where the author to carry out the optimization of hierarchical model of physical teaching practice, summed up the new college entrance examination under the background of management strategy for rural high school physics class stratification. On the optimization of the hierarchical physics classroom strategy from the students’level of program design, learning goals, hierarchical design, lesson plan design, evaluation of hierarchical design and other aspects of the development of different levels of the program. In accordance with the design of each link of the rural senior high school physics teaching process, the design of the experimental class to implement the physics classroom teaching, and in the process of teaching and the continuous discovery of problems, put forward the improvement plan. Eventually based on data and effectiveness of all aspects of the experimental class to evaluate practice teaching effect, optimization hierarchical strategy preliminary practice results and theoretical results of formation physical layered classroom in senior high schools of rural areas, around the face of rural high school with the same dilemma change the physics science policy strategy to provide theoretical support, ensure the physics under the impact of the new policy of college entrance examination can successfully adapt to the school exam and the university entrance exam, promote rural high school physics teaching mode of continuous improvement and optimization.
