As the construction of "Healthy China" and "sports power" to push,national demand more and more for sports talents,the quality of specialty talent training directly affect the development process of our country sports undertakings.Sports training specialty undertake the important task of cultivating high level sports talents,however,in recent years,the employment rate of decline deviating with the goal of sports development.Through the study found that Learning burnout degree and level of professional identity is two key factors affecting the quality of sports training specialty talents.In this paper,we investigate the Liaoning province sports training specialty students' learning burnout and specialty identity,to explore the relationship between learning burnout and professional identity,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving sports training specialty students' learning state,reducing the incidence of learning burnout and improving the employment rate.This research using the way which combine literature review method,qualitative method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method,by means of the research of sports training and explore the connotation,the structure dimension of specialty students' professional identity,Scientific defining the connotation of the sports training students' professional identity,by designing the questionnaire to carry out empirical research.In combination with "College students learning burnout scale" compiled by Lian Rong and others,investigating sports training specialty students' learning situation,understand the current state of students' learning,in order to provide theoretical reference for sports training specialty talents cultivation of sports training specialty students.This study mainly includes:(1)"The sports training specialty students' professional identity scale" has the high validity of the letter,can be used as a effective measurement tools sports training students' specialty.(2)Liaoning province sports training specialty students learning burnout is moderate,among them,depressed dimension has the highest score,followed by improper behavior and low sense of achievement;Different gender learning burnout doesn't exist significant difference;Different grades and different school learning burnout exists significant difference.(3)The professional identity level of Liaoning province sports training specialty students is higher,the scores of professional cognitive dimension is the highest,Followed byprofessional ability,professional belief,professional preparation;Different grades and different school learning burnout exists significant difference.(4)The learning burnout and professional identity of Liaoning province sports training specialty students reveal significant negative correlation.Through the results of the study,we put forward the following suggestions:(1)"The sports training specialty students' professional identity scale" only investigate the sports training specialty students in Liaoning province,the universal applicability of scale still need further supplement,revise and improve.(2)Attention to the students' mental health,take measures which contains effective education and targeted interventions to prevent the happening of the learning burnout,timely talking sense into depressed people.(3)Contrapose different grade and different schools to take different vocational education guidance.Through school-society-the family collaborative education mode,efforts to promote the advance of the major of sports training students' career identity level and finally realize well employment.(4)Contrapose different grade and different schools to take different vocational education guidance.Through school-society-the family collaborative education mode,efforts to promote the advance of the major of sports training students' career identity level and finally realize well employment.
