Teaching is a kind of practice that has the high complexity, uncertainty and situationality, it has the fundamental pursuit of overall and internal goodness. So, it requires that teachers can combine their own educational belief with the teaching practice, take advantage of educational sensitivity and tact of their own understanding to think and solve problems in specific education scene. "U-G-S" Community of practice teaching has a professional character, it takes the moral goal as the supporting strength, the moral leadership as leadership style,based on the self-organizing method of operation. The construction of U-G-S"Community of practice teaching makes the dominant resources of university’s educational theory, local government’s educational administration, primary and secondary school’s educational practice come together, which will provide the expansion of pre-service teacher practice teaching with supportive environment, in which normal school students can obtain more clinical experience by themselves.But, there are many influencing factors, such as the restriction of member’s thinking habitus, the deviation of understand about the moral goal,the lake of sharing culture, the low degree of community’s leading efficiency,and so on. they will cause many kinds of structural barriers, such as member’s role-acting, emotional loss, linear thinking,one-sided thinking. Dialogue is a kind of meaning stream, which emphasizes that people can share and integrate with each other. It is also seen as a king of think style, life style and living of attitude. Therefore, for the construction of community, the dialogue is a new thinking way and a new view. Then, our teacher education researchers should pay more attention to how to lead the dialogue into the process of construction and make members internalize it.The research starts from the perspective of phenomenology to review the ontological connotation of dialogue again through returning to the dialog itself. We also redefine it on the basis of existing research, in our opinion, dialogue is relationship, understanding and fusion. The fusion character embodies that the subject can combine skills and principles of dialogue with arts to make the dialogue more perfect. The inner charm is that dialogue is a kind of power, it can expand and change the collective spirit, initiate the renovation of the collective practices and results. If we want to construct "U-G-S" Community of practice teaching based on the thinking logic of"through dialogue, for the sake of the dialogue, in the dialogue", firstly, we can form dynamic mechanism through building shared vision, improving mental model, remaining creative tension, carrying out dialogue deeply in the spirit and psychological level; secondly, we can form cooperation mechanism of target,content, organization and implementation, evaluation and reflection through generating moral leadership, recombining the content structure, innovate the dialogue form, having a reengineering of evaluation program based on material and tangible level of community; thirdly, in order to achieve the perfection of community, we can form a security system through improving the routine management, the guarantee of funding resources, having the definite division of right and responsibility, optimizing the evaluation standard. There will be bigger and wider space where university, local government, primary and secondary school can make a sense of cooperation, if we can all kinds of mechanism run in normal and standardized state.
