Moral Education Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Art School

At present, secondary vocational education has been developing rapidly with the help of the ministry of education and education departments. “Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors ”and “The Moral Education Outline of Secondary Vocational School” as the main files of the current education work play important roles for secondary vocational school moral education work. This paper combining with the actual situation of the current secondary vocational school moral education makes a comprehensive analysis of the moral education. This paper combining with the current social environment analyzes the existing shortcomings and the insufficiency in the new situation, to be clear the root causes of the problem. Based on the analysis of the reasons of these problems, this paper analyzes from different aspects of the school and the student level and puts forward methods to solve the problem of existing problems. From the school level, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem including the integration of resources, improvement the education process, fostering education atmosphere and strengthening professional ethics education. From the aspect of students, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, including the outstanding student main body status, to establish scientific evaluation system and improve the students’ psychological quality. This thesis research may provide a more practical plan for the management of moral education work and enhance the actual effect of moral education management.
