After a series of national policies and the first three years of preschool education action plan 、introduced,Local governments and related departments in liaoning province response national policy positively.And combined with local actual situation immediately make plans to solve problems such as rural kindergarten uneven distribution, the difficulty of enrolling a child in kindergarten,the opportunities of rural children with less formal pre-school education. The development of the township center kindergarten got unprecedented good opportunity.In many parts of the newly built or rebuilt nursery school.The progress of the rural preschool education career have sprung up exuberant.But due to a variety of reasons such as backward rural resources, the poor foundation.The development of township center kindergarten there are many problems.Now when the second three years of preschool education action plan implementation,due to the development of the township center kindergarten speed,To play an exemplary role of the education system in the countryside.It has internal hidden trouble. Therefore, on the current status of the township center kindergarten education quality,the research is of great significance.This research adopts the purpose sampling method,according to different regions in Liaoning province five township center kindergarten as the specific object,is closely related to more with a sister garden as supplementary investigation,the quality of education present situation carries on the preliminary exploration.On structural architecture and the quality of the education activity facilities, class status, teaching conditions and process education quality education in the education idea, the class curriculum implementation are analyzed.After the investigation found that Liaoning Province township center kindergarten a good momentum of development, its status are as follows: 1. basic construction, and the kindergarten is relatively good, but the resources can not get effective use; 2.teacher education concept consciousness is weak, curriculum implementation process needed to instruct; 3.responsible people working enthusiasm high, but the degree of specialization low; 4.the shortage of teachers, teachers’ professional growth lack of security.In view of the above problems, researchers from several aspects proposed improve Town Center kindergarten education quality recommendations are as follows: 1. improve educational facilities utilization rate, so that children fully enjoy education resources; 2.change the form of teachers and parents education idea, to improve the the curriculum implementation; 3 use of the resources advantage, and promote the professional growth of the leader; 4, strengthen the education investment and security, improve the whole quality of teachers.
