In the current period of Mass Higher Education, due to the transition of normal education to teacher education and upgrade and merging of universities, normal education hierarchy transit from three levels to one level, even led to the development of pedagogy speciality get to trouble. Therefore, the reform of pedagogy speciality is imperative. The primary issue of reform of pedagogy speciality is professional orientation and characteristic development. This research mainly adopts literature analysis, survey research and case study, to analyze the knowledge composition, competency composition and attitude composition of undergraduates of pedagogy speciality and to structure the professional ability index of undergraduates of pedagogy speciality, as a content standard contribute to analyze and state the orientation and development of pedagogy speciality.Chapter One, introduction. It mainly includes research background, research review, research meaning and purpose, research methods and ideas, innovation and other issues.Chapter Two, concept definition and theoretical basis. It is mainly about the clear explanation about concepts those indicating the institute used theoretical basis. This study is to explain the professional undergraduate education quality standards, and based on the theory of multiple scholarship, two factors theory and the concept of individualized education.Chapter Three, investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of undergraduates majoring in education. Based on the investigation of undergraduate education in S University, the current situation of undergraduate education is studied through empirical study.Chapter Four, construction of the quality standard of undergraduates majoring in education. It mainly includes the general ability of all professionals and the general ability of literacy and education professional unique professional competence. Among them, the professional competence literacy includes educational teaching ability, educational research ability and education service ability.Chapter Five, transformation strategies of undergraduate talents training in pedagogy. According to the construction of the quality standard of talents, the strategies of the transformation of undergraduate education in pedagogy include training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching and evaluation and training mode.
