Setting up Science Education Undergraduates speciality is a new lease of life on the teachers education phylogeny in our countury.It not only complements and consummates our countury's teachers education structure system,but also provides powerful auspice for the development of the fundamental science education reforms. Its significance and importance are pretty enormous ,because this speciality can train lots of new teachers provided with speciality literature for our countury's develop -ment of the fundamental science course reforms,and cultivate talent for the integration and development of science education cause and discipline research.The height of speciality construction level determines the talent training quality.To the newly-established speciality, study on Science Education Undergraduates speciality construction for promoting the speciality development is key problem to be solved of universities setting the speciality.At present, study in this field from macroscopical visual angle all over the countury has not yet been found. This paper plans to investigate the current situation existing in the Science Education Undergraduates Speciality construction, and to put forward countermeasure that can improve its deveopment,with the aim of providing referrence to a certain degree for its construction and development.On the base of investigation and research on much correlative literature of science education,according to the actual problems of Science Education Undergraduates Speciality University speciality construction all over countury, the author formulates a questionare,then summarizes and analyzes problems of the Speciality construction by adding up the questionares information,such as excessive puralization of Science Education Undergraduates Speciality training object, shortages of effective management and policy in teachers program ming,practice teaching,referrence data,speciality teaching material construction,integration trait of speciality course system,integration science teaching laboratory construction and student employment etc. in university. According to what happens in Science Education Speciality construction, the author brings forward correlative countermeasures: 1. Ministry of Education should organize related university as soon as possible, and university also should study and establish Science Education Undergraduates speciality criterion. Meanwhile, National Science Education Speciality Teaching Guidance Committee should come into existence to ensure administration surport of this speciality sustained development, all levels of department in charge of educationought to erect and carry out gradually the science teacher admittance system,--teachers asumming the office of science course must be speciality graduate scienceeducation--,for elementary school.In addition, on the base of thorough carrying outscience course in elementary school, education director department should establish implementary science course program according to plan for junior high school step by step, so as to offer science education speciality graduate employment opportunity.2.Related university and department shoud increase investment and improve management in Science Education Undergraduates Speciality construction, and should set down interrelated auspice policy in teaching infrastructure aspect such as: teacher team,practice teaching,referrence data, etc. Effective guarantee mechanism should be founded so as to establish favorable enviroment for this speciality construction and development.3. Science Education Undergraduates Speciality teachers in related university and department must make concerted effort, exert their strong suit in speciality, in order to achieve integration between subject and speciality, enthusiastically unfold research and practice questing for science education speciality education and teaching reform,consummate curriculum system further, increase speed of speciality teaching material construction, intensify laboratory construction, take use of science and education teaching study to impel science education speciality construction and development.
