Xunzi said: “People cannot live without group from the beginning of their lives." The primary school is the initial stage of interpersonal relationship, and it is also an important foundation stage. If a student didn’t get good interpersonal learning and development in the primary stage that will directly affect the development of the individual character, emotion,behavior, psychology and will also has a significant impact on individual’s future success and life. How to help lower grade students deal with difficulties in interpersonal relationships,indicate interpersonal communication strategy for students,and form the correct relationships is an important problem which need to be solved urgently during the psychological development of children.This article mainly uses the investigation research method and the literature research method, carries on the questionnaire survey to the reality of the middle and low grade primary school students’ interpersonal communication problems, and analyzes the research results to explore perfect method to cultivate personality of the primary school students. First of all,design questionnaire for the interpersonal problems of low grade students, selected survey,collect and sort data through the questionnaire survey, and design questionnaires from both students and teachers aspect to research the low grade primary school students interpersonal problems; secondly, analyze the questionnaire, create a scientific and systematic summary base on the survey from the aspects of both teachers and students; thirdly, according to the survey results to find out the main reasons to cause these problems, careful observation and communication problem representation of primary school students through the analysis of the characteristics of low grade students interpersonal communication, find out the deeply factors affect the low grade primary school students interpersonal communication; finally, according to the lower grade students interpersonal communication problems, mainly analyze the problem from the school and teachers aspects, explore the suitable teaching reform under the background of modern education Students’ interpersonal problems, create effective strategy to help primary students form complete personality.This article will critically evaluate the interpersonal problems among primary school students in the one or two grades of the special low- age segment. Analyze lower grades ofprimary school students interpersonal problems deeply, through in-depth analysis of low grade primary school students interpersonal characteristics, comprehensive analyze the status of students based on teacher-student interaction, parent-child interaction, analysis of influence factors and comprehensive comparison based on the analysis above, critically evaluate the problem from the aspect of the school, the teacher of proposed effective strategies to solve the problem of low grade primary students’ interpersonal relations in the school education, makes a discussion on the theory and Practice for students to form a healthy personality...
