Interpersonal communication is an important way to form the self concept, get emotional support and socialization, normal interpersonal ability is related to social development and the physical and mental health of pupils. However, because of the complexity of personal relationship and inharmonious factors in the external environment, Some pupils are difficult to deal with interpersonal difficulties and come up with Interpersonal problems such as shrink and attack, period at the intermediate level Is the turning point of the primary school. As the familiar with degree of deepening, all kinds of small groups gradually formed. At the same time,interpersonal situation Between individuals appear differentiation.And communication problems start to turn up.The purpose of this study was to analyze the cause of the elementary school students at the intermediate interpersonal problems and used the methods of social work intervention,so as to improve their interpersonal disharmonious. The research methods of this paper mainly include peer nominations, interview method and observation method. Through the observation and interview of the pupils in F primary school in Fuzhou,I found that unpleasant interpersonal experience is universal. These several types such as attacks, self-centered, negligence, withdrawal behavior and low social skills are the most outstanding interpersonal problems. Disharmonious factors exist in all levels of the ecosystems in interpersonal problem serious pupils.The intervention of five service objects’ personal system and the surrounding environment According to the thingking of "Form a sense of belonging--Recognize themselves correctly-Learn interpersonal skills--Quality of cultivating empathy", I carried out the growth group activities. These measures greatly improve their cognition and interpersonal behavior and the degree of coordination with external environment.
