Nowadays, it is common that the young teachers with qualified education background and professional knowledge are lack of abilities of system analysis and integral control of teaching. They haven’t the good command of making teaching objectives, strategies and evaluations due to the limited teaching experience. As a result, we set up three-dimensional teaching targets according to teaching design research on the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation and the new curriculum requirements. According to the teaching objectives, we use the corresponding methods into the classroom teaching and explore evaluation methods in order to set up the consistency of teaching objectives and teaching evaluation system.Based on the theories of the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation which including their meanings, the current theoretical model and practical experience, this thesis also analyze the classroom teaching of our young teachers, especially the research on the inconsistency of target---strategy---evaluation. What’s more, based on the analysis of current theories and question of reality, the thesis will help the young teachers improve their teaching design and performing abilities and ensure the effective teaching qualities.Through the studies, this thesis concludes that: the research on the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation is the tendency of course reform; the teaching objective is the spirit of the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation; the design and implement of evaluation must be highly matched with the objectives. The research on the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation brings profound reform to the young teachers and also helps them to set up confidence and professional awareness. We strongly believe that effective classes based on the consistency of target---strategy---evaluation will be spread in the future.
