With the development of society and economy, the current college students are faced with the grim situation of fierce competition and the employment pressure. How to cultivate college students’all-round development of talents and to promote their core competitiveness in society are an important subject that must be pay attention and solve for university. Target education for talent cultivation provide a new research perspective and practice method. Target education that is the requirement of students’ physical and mental development of basic rule and the objective needs to go into, can not only stimulate their learning enthusiasm and initiative, but also conducive to the cultivation of students’ spirit of collectivism and the quality of unity cooperation and action consistent as well as help to form the good school spirit. Through the target education guiding students to formulate correct development goals, which provide students with the direction of action and make students better growing through the efforts of practice. Due to the characteristics of College Students’ physical and mental growth stage, there are different task in their different stage, so we must carry out education according to the stage. There are four aspects of the content fort target education that is adult education, education of become a useful person, growth education and teach students to do some thing. In order to better carry out the target, the university need to build the target education work system of overall education, whole process and comprehensive education.Educators should evaluate the target education to know the situation Get the following conclusion through the research: the first, The target education evaluation for the success of the education provide scientific basis to guide and correct the students’ behavior. Effective goal education evaluation need to build a scientific and rational evaluation index system. Effective evaluation have six elements. Second, The construction of the indicator system consists of four levels:college, counselor, class and students. The third in the implementation of target education evaluation must follow the objective and fair principle, reasonable choice of evaluation subject, effective incentive evaluation object and reasonable use of evaluation methods.
