With mobile devices’ access and massive open online courses (MOOCs)’s realization around the world, potential areas of distance learners are continually expanding. The integration of mobile devices and MOOCs possesses a characteristic of enhancing lifelong study. The interaction design in distance learning is a key factor which will influence the learning experience of learners. How to increase learners’ satisfaction in MOOCs by implementing interaction design in learning activities is the main question and purpose of this study. This study regards the Interaction Equivalency Theorem as its core theoretical basis, and defines the concept of Mobile MOOCs, micro-learning activities and interactive design as well as analyzes their present situation. This study discovers similarities and differences by means of analyzing four popular Mobile MOOCs platforms at home and abroad as well as comparatively analyzing seven key factors in micro-learning activities, in order to provide with scientific basis for the study. After that, the author summarized the literature base of this study from the research status of online learning interaction design, and verified it by using questionnaires. Meanwhile, the author drew some conclusions through documentary analyses and experimental verifications:Learners consider that the most valuable forms of interaction in Mobile MOOCs are learners-interfaces and learners-contents, followed by learners-teachers and learners-learners. The author established the interaction design form model of Mobile MOOCs based on theory, and introduced interaction forms in detail. Besides, the author applied them onto instructional design and established the interaction design’s frame of Mobile MOOCs learning activities. The late-stage study based on the research project in Open and Distance Education Engineering Research Center of Shanghai, and designed a specific case of Mobile MOOCs according to the interaction design’s frame of Mobile MOOCs learning activities, names Game-Based Learning used in Teaching. The author provides concrete implementations of learning activity interaction design, and conducted a qustionnare survey from three dimensions of learning activity interaction design to investigate learners’ satisfaction, proving the effectiveness of this study. Finally, four suggestions are given by the author.
