Construction Of Quality Monitoring And Evaluation Indexes System For Primary School Teachers Troop In Jiangxi Province

As the teaching of the country,the improvement of the quality of education is inseparable from the improvement of the quality of teachers.In order to better promote and realize the improvement of the quality of education,the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers troop and improve the overall quality of teachers.In recent years,Jiangxi Province vigorously has promoted the balanced development of compulsory education,but there is a distance from the county compulsory education goals to achieve balanced development in 2020.It's urgent to need to strengthen funding,teachers troop's building and the weak schools of transformation,in particular,to further promote the teachers balanced allocation and quality improvement.In order to find out the quality of primary school teachers troop in Jiangxi Province at the present stage,to promote the construction of teachers troop and to push forward the quality balance of compulsory education in Jiangxi Province,with the support of the Jiangxi Provincial Cooperative Innovation Center "Jiangxi Province primary and secondary school teachers Monitoring index and measurement method" project team,this study puts the quality of primary school teachers troop as the object,using literature analysis,questionnaire method,Delphi method and other research methods to build a " primary school teachers troop in Jiangxi Province quality monitoring evaluation index system ".This monitoring and evaluation index system consists of five levels of "professional moral quality","professional quality level","task load","job performance benefit","growth support condition",11 secondary indicators,32 third indicators.And then combined with the views of experts and scholars,the project team field research,to put a weight on each level of indicators with Delphi method.At the same time,in order to collect the data for the quality monitoring and evaluation index system of the teachers troop,this study has specially prepared a questionnaire on the quality of primary school teachers troop in Jiangxi Province,which is directly filled in by the grassroots teachers.The data obtained from the questionnaire were taken into the teachers troop's quality test and calculation formula,and the comprehensive evaluation score of the quality of the primary school teachers troop was calculated.The level of the quality of primary school teachers wascompared.The trial-test is based on Jiangxi Province,and the quality of primary school teachers in seven prefecture-level cities and cities,countrysides,and rural areas.The test results show that the monitoring and evaluation index system is applicable to the prefecture-level cities and cities,countrysides,and rural areas primary schools.Finally,based on the test results,the quality monitoring and evaluation index system of the teachers troop has been further optimized and improved.The innovation of this research is to extend the quality monitoring and evaluation of teaching for individual teacher to the overall quality of the primary school teachers troop in the province.It not only breaks the scope of the previous educational quality evaluation,but also promotes the research on practical application in Jiangxi Province.At the same time,the quality monitoring and evaluation index system of the teachers troop has the dual functions of monitoring and evaluating,and the prefecture-level cities and cities,countrysides,and rural areas participating in the monitoring and evaluating can find the gap with other regions through a certain dimension in the index system,and self-checking or diagnosing the quality of the teachers in the area,targeted to take appropriate measures to improve the quality of teachers troop.
