In 1999 National Ministry of Education promulgated “The Guidelines of Psychological Health Education in Primary and Secondary School”. In 2012 promulgated the revised edition of it. We aware that more and more people put their attention on School Psychological Health Education. So the research and analysis on the current situation of psychological health education in school could make some sense.The study uses the revised questionnaire “The Research and Analysis on Psychological Health Education in Primary and Secondary School of Ganzhou”. It concludes the School Managers Questionnaire, the Teachers Questionnaire, the Students Questionnaire. Altogether 936 questionnaires were sent and 823 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate gets 87.93%.Combined with the interviews with school managers, teachers and students, the following results were obtained:(1)Most school managers, teachers and students have appropriate understanding on school psychological health education, such as the main object, necessity of it. On the contrary, a few of them have the opinion that is one-sided.(2)In the respect of the time and scope of the psychological health education that schools carry out, the psychological health education was carried out better in a few schools, in most schools the psychological health education development situation is not cheerful.(3)In the respect of educational funds input, the urban schools had a certain funds input. The town and county schools were lack of funds input on psychological health education.(4)In the respect of the construction of teachers group, a few teachers had received many times training of psychological health education.(5)In the ways of psychological health education, there were a variety of ways of carrying out psychological health education in a few schools.(6)In the respect of the effects and evaluation of psychological health education, most teachers had a better grasp of the specific psychological health education object. School managers didn’t have enough attention to the discipline seepage of the psychological health education.The problems of psychological health education in primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou :(1)There is deviation in understanding of school psychological health education.(2)The work of psychological health education is ineffective.(3)The lack of professional teachers.(4)The lack of expenditure security mechanism.(5)The means and methods of psychological health education are nor variable.Measures for the effective development of mental health education in Ganzhou:(1)Improving teachers’ understanding and ability of psychological health education in school.(2) Improving the effect of psychological health education.(3) Alleviate the lack of professional teachers by establishing mutual aid system.(4)Insuring the funds of psychological health education.(5)Finding out innovative means and methods of psychological health education.
