Music art is the art of a reflecting people’s real life.Music education is the main way to implement aesthetic education,to cultivate the students’ aesthetic level play a crucial role,the school music education is becoming more and more attention.Sixth census shows that the current mainland China’s 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and the serviceman,the proportion of population living in villages and towns was 50.3%,accounting for a large proportion of the population.This also in some sense,rural music education is an important and indispensable component in the elementary and middle schools education for all-around development,rural music education quality directly affects the Chinese school music education overall level.In this paper,the author in the shangcheng county of henan province Jin Gangtai middle school the typical significance of the rural school as the research object of this article,and adopt the method of visiting and investigation, discovered the shangcheng county of henan province rural music education still exist many problems,such as:rural music education facilities are in short supply;Overall rural music teachers professional quality is not high;Lack of rural professional music teachers, part-time more;Rural music opened not normal;Music extracurricular practice less;Music teaching material use is unreasonable and lack of rural music teaching atmosphere and so on.The existence of these problems for rural music education has caused a growth,is not conducive to the development of students’ quality education.So the author through the summary of the results of the survey research,find out the problem causes,there are many reasons for such problems,mainly include:rural music education ideas;The development of the rural economic development is slow rural music education;The lack of rural music atmosphere;Rural music staffed on unreasonable;Teaching equipment backward;Lack of funding and the teaching material content with the status quo does not wait for a reason.Therefore,in order to solve the rural music education of the above problems,the author from the countryside local actual conditions, puts forward the reform of the rural music education countermeasures, these countermeasures from the rural areas of human resources, material resources,civil native resources, activities,resources and network resources and other aspects,and then in the appropriate economic moderate,avoid extravagance;appropriate adjust measures to local conditions,avoid blind imitation",under the principle of combining with the characteristics of local folk culture and respectively put forward:part-time music teachers,introduction of folk art and music teachers share to solve the problem of lack of professional music teachers;Students are encouraged to homemade instruments and secondary use of the books to compensate for the lack of music teaching facilities;Using the national folk music culture to enrich music teaching material content;Through class inside and outside the music activity to create good music learning environment;Using the network technology resources and improve the teaching content and teaching method and so on.
