Carding and research of elementary school music classroom interaction between teachers and students has been carried out in this paper, the author in the process of interpretation of teachers have comprehensive music qualities and individual students and students’ basic music, present situation of teacher-student interaction in the classroom made objective and detailed analysis, and combined with the outline of elementary and secondary education, so as to strengthen the music education in our country as a modest force. According to the second chapter of some of the problems presented some suggestions from the following four aspects carries on the elaboration: 1. Teachers should be role transformation, the establishment of equality between teachers and students establish excellent teaching and learning environment conducive to high quality teacher student interaction into the whole society should pay attention to music education is being perfected music teaching evaluation system perfect teaching methods equal treat difference let every student positive interaction.
