As the China’s urbanization progresses, population structure changes, family migration will be the new trend of the society. What follows the moving is the education problem of those family’s children. In recent years, the government puts forward a new series of education policies and measures to protect the right to education of those children. The policy "relying mainly on local governments and public schools" realizes the equality of educational starting point for the children of migrant workers who are still in compulsory education stage, and an increasing number of migrant children get admitted into the public schools of the in-flow areas. But nowadays, the difference of lifestyle, ideas, and values between the cities and the rural areas are confronting each other when migrant children first come into the new environment. In order to realize the education equality and social harmony as well as develop good personality of migrant children, it is important for the children to solve the conflicts and integrant into the public school well.Based on that, the paper firstly will brief through the corresponding theories about the integration theory, immigration children and other literature, and then by reference of the two factors "structure and culture "in accordance with the actual situation of the school, the paper establishes the research frame, that the migrant children’s school integration is evaluated by the level of studying integration, the level of life integration, and that of culture integration. This study chooses S middle school as a case, the author goes deep into the school situation, and makes on-the-spot research, interviews and questionnaires, exploring the integration situation of the migrant children. Finding out that there are some obstacles in the studying adjustment, attitude, interpersonal relations, and self-perception as well as identity for the immigration children. And then we summarizes the questions and obstacles of the migrant children in fitting the school, explores the reasons from aspects of government, family, school, and society, and tries to propose advice solutions to promote children’s school integration, that is, establish complement protective system, advanced education ideas, teach students in accordance of their aptitude, transform teaching method, strengthen the home-school cooperation and improve home education, change the social idea, etc. The school integration question of the migrant children is not only an education problem, but also a complicated question that cannot easily measured. It needs the cooperation of the government, school, family, and society to realize the development of the migrant children.
