Since China’s reform and opening up, along with the social transformation and economic development, more and more rural population came to urban, and even the whole family to flow change. Hence, the problem of migrant children’s attended school was becoming more and more important, and received attention universal by the socia. Both governments, school education, and the floating population and the family, all want to be able to promote the reform of education system, promote the migrant children’s attended school effectively. Gansu provincial government attaches great importance to the province migrant children education problem, and has adopted a series of effectivly measures to make migrant children school go to school, but some deep-seated problems to solve still, and the investigating and analyzing for the situation of migrant children education was necessary.The investigation and analysis for migrant children school condition based on the system carding and analysis the study development such as vulnerable groups’ theory, social support theory, and education equity theory so on. We development some outline and questionnaire for managers (the principal), the teacher in charge, parent interview.319teacheres in charge of class,1499students, parents and more than30managers taken part in depth investigation, and these subjects who came from NanHe primary school in Lanzhou, the44middle school in Lanzhou et al. Through investigation and research by teachers, parents, children in nearly four years of floating children quantity change, the basic information as well as the floating children and floating children going to school in cities, life difficult, floating children life, behavior, etc.the results showed:(1) The children were more in floating family and it more much than intellectual family’s children.(2) The floating children parents’ cultural quality is low, and there is a difference between father and mother.(3) Migrant children accepting education was affected by some factors such as the professional instability of the floating population, labor time is not stable, ans generally lower income so on.(4) There were some difficult for migrant children attended school mainly include registered permanent residence, student status, your transfer way, school choice, school fees etc. (5) Migrant childrens’ life, behavior problems mainly embodies in aspects such as teachers and parents expectations of floating children, the academic performance of floating children, migrant children, interpersonal relationship, etc., and in living habits, behavior, learning mode and differences between city students. According to the analysis of survey data and the results of the study, the researchers believe that the improving of migrant children enters school effectively, should give full consideration to the following questions:(1) Carrying out the urban public school teachers, strengthen urban public school buildings, construction of teaching facilities, books and materials, building school, family, society and government should cooperation mechanism;(2) Establish and improve the education policy development, decision-making mechanism, supervision and assessment policy implementation effect;(3) Strengthening the school safety education through content planning and design, campus safety measures diversified aspects;(4) Promote the healthy growth of students throught moral,civilized, aesthetic, inspirational, and life skills education;(5) reforming the household registration system, registration system, and transfer system, school running funds system in order to promote the work ofmigrant children’s attended school.
