With the reform of education,in recent years,even the national preschool education is more and more attention and attention,with the opening of two child policy,to meet the demand of children,urban new kindergarten number,rural expansion kindergarten also increased,in order to meet the requirements of two teach a guarantee,the corresponding new kindergarten new teachers is getting bigger and bigger.Home communication is the focus of kindergarten work,and the new kindergarten teachers because of the lack of practical experience in communicating with parents,coupled with the different ethnic groups,the elderly with children and other different reasons,more can not reach the effective communication,the home communication of the new teachers has become a weakness and difficulty.Only by the new kindergarten teachers effectively communicating with their parents can they promote the development of children in all aspects.This study is reviewing the relevant literature,Moreover,teachers and parents of 4kindergartens(2 township expanded kindergartens and 2 urban kindergartens)in Altay City,Xinjiang were interviewed,questionnaire survey and case analysis,Divtioned into three processes from temporal dimensions,The first is that before the communication,In terms of the understanding of communication,parents do not pay much attention to communication,and parents are more looking forward to communication with experienced teachers,In terms of communication preparation,there are new teachers ’skilled communication skills and the mastery of parents’ Putonghua level affects the normal communication;Second,in the communication process,In terms of communication content,there are different communication content between the new kindergarten teachers and their parents,the communication content is too narrow,and the big class teachers are under great pressure,In terms of communication methods,new kindergarten teachers communicate with parents in various ways,and use a variety of communication methods to achieve different communication purposes;The third is after communication,In terms of the communication effect,there are the requirements of not achieving and ignoring the communication purpose mentioned in the communication,From the reflection of communication,there are problems such as unequal communication opportunities and the professional level of new teachers that need to be improved.In the analysis of the impact factors,Analysis is mainly from four aspects,The first is from the communication subject,The new teachers ’lack of understanding of communication,the new teachers’ communication skills are not mature leads to the not smooth communication process,the lack of cooperation between parents leads to the poor communication effect,and the trust between parents and the new teachers is not enough;The second is from the content of the communication,There are differences in the specific content of children’s habits,the matters requiring parents are not clear enough,the new teachers have difficulties in dealing with the contradictions between children,and the parents’ proposals are beyond the general requirements;The third is from the way of communication,The poor communication effect of telephone and network as the main communication methods,the poor interaction effect of written communication mode,the low number of active communication between the two sides and the lack of new teachers’ empathy in the communication,Make the communication process not smooth;Fourth,other influencing factors,For example,the class size increases the communication pressure,the existence of individual differences in children makes the communication content more complex,the personality of the new teachers itself affects the effect of communication,and whether the new teachers’ training before entering the job affects the effect of communication.Finally,in order to the effective communication with parents of new teachers.First,the countermeasures is to fully prepare for communication.New teachers need to improve their professional ability,new teachers have a more comprehensive understanding of children,pay attention to training before entry,and for children’s home...
