First, the analysis of influencing factors of the new kindergarten teachers to communicate with parents, including the role of consciousness of both parties, the content of communication, a way of communicating, communication skills, communication environment; then, further integration of questionnaires and interviews, new teachers and kindergarten be parents to communicate the status quo quantitative and qualitative analysis.Part IV: Conclusions and recommendations.
