| Kindergarten teachers and parents of expression through verbal or written communication, etc., to each other to exchange information, communicate feelings, mutual understanding in the communication process, to form a good working relationship, which is not only conducive to the teachers’ professional development, more conducive to children’s health growing up. The study from the perspective of new teachers starting in kindergarten, in-depth exploration of factors and current situation of Kindergarten new teachers to communicate with parents, and made several specific and feasible suggestions for improvement on this basis.This thesis consists of four parts:Part I: Introduction. Significance including background research, study, the definition of key concepts, theories based on the literature review and research.Part II: Study design. Including research purposes, research ideas, research methods and subjects, which focuses on the ideas and specific research methods.Part III: Study results and analysis. First, the analysis of influencing factors of the new kindergarten teachers to communicate with parents, including the role of consciousness of both parties, the content of communication, a way of communicating, communication skills, communication environment; then, further integration of questionnaires and interviews, new teachers and kindergarten be parents to communicate the status quo quantitative and qualitative analysis.Part IV: Conclusions and recommendations. Based on the above, the first before the new kindergarten teachers to communicate with parents findings. And then make recommendations for improvement of the new kindergarten teachers to communicate with parents: first, establish the correct role of consciousness; second, to improve the existing means of communication; third, have the necessary communication skills; fourth, to strengthen communication and build place. |
