A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Kindergarten Teachers' Communication With Parents In The Township Of L County

Kindergarten teachers and parents are the key figures in the process of children's growth.They can form a good cooperative relationship and promote the healthy growth of children through effective communication.Township kindergartens have a unique role in the development of pre-school education.But we lack the deep explore about the communication between the township kindergarten teachers and parents now.Therefore,it is necessary to study it.First of all,based on the research results of communication between kindergarten teachers and parents,this paper expounds the reason and significance to study,which is based on the research of that,and uses the literature analysis method to analyze and summarize the research status about the communication between kindergarten teachers and parents' value,methods,strategies,effects and problems.Secondly,by using the questionnaire survey method,this paper studies the present situation from the communication situation,communication psychology and using of communication strategies between township kindergarten teachers and parents.Then according to the survey results,analyze the problems and causes of the communication between teachers and parents.Based on the above analysis,put forward the countermeasure to promote the communication between the township kindergarten teachers and parents: first,creating a good communication situation;second,optimizing the communication psychology between the two sides;third,improving the ability of using communication strategies.Finally,summarizes this research,points out the shortcomings of the study,and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
