Study Of Contemporary College Students' Network Consumption

With the rise and increasing prosperity of cyber economy,people's consumption is more and more inseparable from the network and college students are becoming an important group of network consumption.Cyber economy brings college students a more convenient life as well as a great progress in their study,however,at the same time,we should consciously realize that some negative values like consumerism and hedonism cause great impact on college students' view of network consumption.They mistakenly regard network consumption as random consumption,competitive consumption or premature consumption.Hence,in order to reveal exposed problems of college students in network consumption behavior and to analyze reasons,it's necessary to make an in-depth study of the comprehensive influence on college students resulted from network consumption.We should start from leading college students to establish a scientific consumption view and take some effective measures to help college students to have a healthy recreational life and overall development.The study of network consumption behavior is becoming a hot issue of some disciplines like economics,psychology,etc.Based on the existing research results,we make a relatively deep and systematic research into the problem of students' network consumption from the perspective of value.As some college students are misled of some negative values such as hedonism and money worship,the combine of their network consumption and network credit triggers a series of social problems.In the past year,suicide,detention,even illegal loan from some female students using their nude photos as transaction are not unfamiliar any more in the campus.Considering these problems,we first start from analyzing the situation and development trend of network consumption and clearly states this research thesis through explaining and summing up its meaning,status of development and the characteristics of times.Then the dissertation will thus presents college students' network consumption status,clarify the content(shopping,social networking,entertainment and learning,etc.)and features of the consumption.The dissertation not only summarizes some positive influences of college students' network consumption such as promoting college students' free and all-round development,strengthening the social development,helping college students' lifelong learning and motivating students' self-employment but also analyzes some negative effects such as the imbalance of the college students' consumption structure,deficit spending and excessive consumption,fade of social responsibility and weakening of identity of the traditional virtues.Based on the presentation above,the dissertation analyzes factors causing those negative effects from four aspects: the trend of consumerism,colleges and universities,families and self-qualities.The paper especially emphasizes the alienation of contemporary college students' network consumption and the cause of formation.At last,the paper tries to build college students' scientific concept of network consumption by enriching the educational content of consumption view,perfecting the educational mechanism of consumption view,establishing educational methods with network system and optimizing educational environment of consumption view.
