With the development and progress of the society, the definition of talent is gradually changing. Only mastering "knowledge" has been unable to adapt to social needs, those who own “wisdom” has become the main force to promote the social development. Classroom teaching activities, as a base for training future talent, should play emphasis on students’ wisdom. Generating wisdom from knowledge, this is the transformation of Knowledge into Wisdom.This paper begins with the research on the definition of the term- transformation knowledge into wisdom from the perspective of Buddhism, philosophy and pedagogy. The second chapter of this paper, based on teaching reform and the transformation of teaching conception, illustrates the value of transformation of knowledge into wisdom. It was followed by the third chapter, which, after analyzing rational, moral, innovative and practical wisdoms, explains which kind of wisdoms should teachers lead students to generate. The last chapter of this paper, through real cases, illustrates the methodology of realizing the transformation of knowledge into wisdom in two leaps, in teaching and other supplementary activities in classroom.This paper analyzes the definition, value and realization methodology of transformation of knowledge into wisdom and illustrates how to realize it in the teaching in classroom. It indicates the future direction of education reform, thus has important theoretical and practical meaning.
