Research purposes:the fitness qigong· big dance is a dance by propaganda, the arthrosis, comb to open joint channels, to improve the circulation of qi and blood and joint function of the new method. Literature research shows that it has significant effect in improving the old constitution, and its practice form, means and methods are quite suitable for practice. And, through the literature did not find about qigong research reports of a big dance to improve junior middle school students physical fitness. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to experiment with the function of the method to improve the younster health, to prove its validity, thus to promote health qigong big dance and if the middle school sports teaching services.Research methods:this study mainly USES the experimental method, zhenyang county in henan province yucai foreign language school class 3, grade eight 50 students as experimental object, make it to 12 weeks of health qigong big dance practice, through the training of body function and physical quality indicators such as before and after the test, and carries on the comparative analysis and the corresponding control group, the conclusion.Practise research results:the experimental group after 12 weeks, vital capacity, lower limb muscle strength, shoulder joint flexibility, hip flexibility, balance ability practise and sensitive indicators are better than before; 12 weeks of table tennis practice and at the same time, compared to control group after experimental group in lower limb muscle strength, shoulder joint flexibility, hip flexibility and body balance ability was better than control group, but in the lung capacity, responsive quality index of the reaction time on indicators two groups all have significant effects.Conclusion:1. The health qigong, dancing and table tennis exercise all can effectively improve the junior middle school students physical fitness, fitness qigong, a big dance in the lower limb muscle strength, balance,the left shoulder joint flexibility better than table tennis practice,and table tennis exercise in vital capacity,right shoulder joint flexibility and reaction time with big dance fitness qigong· have the same fitness effect significantly.2.The health qigong,big dance has great superiority in improving middle school students’ physical fitness,but also want to and other sports,fitness effect will be better.
