Research purposes:D-ribose can promote the ischemia group,and improve recovery of local hypoxia group, and has played a key role in the heart and skeletal muscle metabolism. D-ribose supplement can improve muscle cell energy and speed up the role of ATP in the cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle regeneration, in this paper,through observing movement test indexes and the recovery indexes after exercise changes of the D-ribose supplement in order to discuss the infusion of D-ribose supplement to the anaerobic and aerobic exercise capacity As to provide theoretical basis for practical use. Methods:43 elite sprinters according to the movement project is divided into anaerobic group (N= 28) and aerobic group (N= 15) according to the movement ability were randomly divided into experiment group and placebo group.The anaerobic group:the experiment group:7 male,7 female. The placebo group:6 male and 8 female.The aerobic group:the experimental group:5 male, the 2 female. Theplacebo group:5 male and 3famale. Nutritional supplements: as the experimental group supply D-ribose for 12 g/d,the placebo group supply the placebo for 12 g/d, contiuing 4 weeks,and Train is daily training. Anaerobic group:before and after 4 weeks suppleents both have the 30 seconds of anaerobic test, 300 m shuttle run test aerobic group test the Vo2 Max test before and after the nutrition supplement. Results:(1)The anaerobic group:after 4 weeks nutritional supplements,30s anaerobic power test,the male experimental group’s peak power contrast with themselevs increased significantly; The famale experimental group’s fatigue index is significantly decreased compare with themselevs; A 300m suttle run test, the male experimental group’s speed index are improved significantly that compare with the placebo group.(2)The anaerobic group:after 4 weeks nutritional supplements, repeat 30s anaerobic power test, the male exprience grou’s lactic acid removal rate compared with the placebbo group has significantly increased; thec female experimental group lactic acid removal rate compared with the placebo group has a very significant increaseed; the male group’s 1,2,3 minutes heart rate recovery value compared witn themselevs has increased significantly; repeat 300m suttle run test, the male exprience group’s peak blood lactate compared with the placebo group has significantly reduced; the female experimental group’s lactic acid removal rate compared with the placebo group has improved significantly.(3))The aerobic group after 4 weeks nutritional supplements, repeat the Vo2 Max test, the male experience group’s burnout time compared with themselevs is prolonged.(4)The aerobic group: after 4 weeks nutritional supplements, repeat the Vo2 Max test, the male experimental group’s lactic acid removal rate compared with the placebo group is very significantly improved,and the lactic clearance compared with thepacebo group is significantly improved; the famale xperimental group’s lactic acid removal rate compare with themselves has significantly increased;the male experimental group’s 1 minutes of heart rate recovery value compare with the placebo group control has improved significantly. Conclusion:(1) D-ribose supplement work on the exercise performance to the track and field athletes in anaerobic exercise in some extent.D-ribose supplement can improve male athletes’ratio of ATP/CP in energy supply in anaerobic exercises,and reduce the proportion of glycolytic energy sources, reduce lactic acid generation. Improve the female athletes’lactic acid removal rate after anaerobic.D-ribose supplement can improve male athletes’heart rate recovery after high intensity anaerobic exercise in a way. (2) D-ribose supplement can improve walkers’ exhaustion time in the Vo2 max test in some degree.D-ribose supplement can improve the walkers’ lactic acid removal and heart rate recovery after the increasing load aerobic exercise.
