Research On The Service Consciousness Of The Sports Department In Our Country Under The New Public Service Theory

The new public service theory conforms to the development trend of current government management and the trend of the times, has the certain reference value to the construction of a service-oriented government. The new public service theory to the sports administrative department of our country, discussed the connotation and the importance of civil service consciousness, historical development and the theory of new public service requirements for civil service consciousness; random sample of China’s provinces of the sports department of civil servants and their citizens to have business contact sample, adopt questionnaire survey method, to investigate the post cognition and role orientation, the sports departments of our country civil servants citizen consciousness, public interests consciousness, promote the reality of citizen participation consciousness, justice consciousness, responsibility consciousness,training and other aspects of the civil service; citizens and the questionnaire were compared and analyzed. The conclusion is that although China’s Sports Department of civil service consciousness has been basically formed, in service work to do to citizens as the standard, safeguard and realize the service consciousness of the public interest is strong, but the service of the initiative is not enough, promote awareness of the lack of citizen participation, lack of public supervision mechanism, do not have a strong sense of responsibility, training effect is not significant. Finally, on the basis of the background of building a service-oriented government in China, further in view of the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical experience to improve China’s Sports Department of the consciousness of civil service, China’s sports department for the construction of civil servants of a modest contribution to the force.
