| With the deepening of the reform of China’s government affairs system,more administrative examination and approval matters(services)are tilted towards the grassroots level,and the high demand for grassroots work has aggravated the overall work tasks of female civil servants in townships and townships,and problems such as work responsibilities,working environment,and work pressure have become increasingly prominent.This "invisible vulnerable group" should be taken seriously by society as a whole,including social workers.Taking S City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,this study took 30 female civil servants as the research subjects,adopted the method of questionnaire survey,and used case studies,interviews,questionnaire surveys and copywriting analysis to conduct an empirical study on the work pressure of female civil servants in S City.Through a survey of the occupational stress of female civil servants in the city,the causes of occupational stress were analysed and they were intervened in the form of case studies.Under the premise of in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the basic information and environmental information of the service recipients,with the advantage perspective,empowerment,ABC emotion theory,etc.as the theoretical basis,pay attention to the potential and advantages of the service recipients,through planning,organizing and implementing case services,so that the service recipients can master the correct cognition and coping methods of occupational pressure,enhance their ability to resist and reduce pressure,and guide the service recipients to establish and use social network support systems to achieve effective relief of occupational pressure.Achieve the purpose of self-growth. |
