In this paper, with Chinese women’s 1500 meters run athlete Liu Fang 2014 Incheon Asian Games will pre competition training arrangement as the research object, using literature, expert interviews and case analysis and other research methods in the run-up to the training content, training methods and load characteristics of research and analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) the Chinese women’s 1500 meters run athlete Liu Fang and Chinese and foreign excellent 1500 Paopao athletes compared,, in body shape, technology and sports performance aspects exist a certain gap.(2) Liu Fang Asian Games will pre competition training is divided into three stages, the first stage to body function recovery and development of general physical fitness training mainly; the second stage to develop special physical fitness mainly; adjustment stage, the development of special competitive ability and promote the formation of the best competitive state. By 10 weeks before the training, completed the training task.(3) Liu Fang Asian Games will before the training to the physical quality training as the main content, including endurance training, speed training, strength training, flexibility training four aspects, to endurance training is based, to the training speed and strength training as the breakthrough point, flexibility exercises is an important adjunct.(4) Liu Fang Asian Games before the training method used any means more comprehensive, mainly related to the endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and recovery of the five aspects of training. In different stages of training, the focus of training and combination of each kind of different training methods.(5) Liu Fang Inchon Asian Games training load arrangement, mainly reflected in the "load intensity"of the grasp, the overall load intensity first increased and then increased, showing a "double peak" trend. Compared with the 2013 games, the load intensity is lower than the National Games in 2013 before the training period of speed training and strength training.
