Scientific training is an important part of modern sports training, is an important component influencing the development of athletic ability. Scientific system of training athletes to improve athletic performance, to exercise an important guarantee of life. Chang Pengben was nearly a decade one of the Chinese elite men’s 400-meter run, in between 2010 to 2012 performance continuously ranked first, and achieved outstanding results in many competitions. Chang Pengben this many years to maintain a high level of athletic ability, and without the guide of scientific training.Using literature, expert interviews, analysis, case studies, statistics, Chang Peng cycle interval and Excel 2010 to 2013 a multi-year training plan for research.
