The body's resistance to swimming in the water is very high.According to the law of fluid mechanics,the resistance of water is proportional to the square of the velocity of the object in the horizontal motion.With the continuous improvement of the level of competitive swimming,swimming athletes also put forward a higher strength requirements.At present,there are hundreds of methods of resistance training.How to choose the resistance training scientifically is very important to improve the training efficiency.The purpose of the swimmer's resistance training should not be the general physical training,but to strengthen the muscle group in the swimming.If you do not choose to use some exercise,may play the opposite role.Based on the physical and mental characteristics of young swimmers,the rules of sports training,the characteristics of swimming events and the principle of anatomy mechanics,it is an important issue to arrange the land resistance training scientifically and reasonably.This study attempts to use the theory of sports training and the swimming training theory,combined with the law of physical and mental development of young people,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the premise of fully investigating the basic situation of resistance training base of youth sports school on land,with scientific and rational means the physical and psychological characteristics of male athletes aged 11-12 were screened out from a number of resistance training.And 20 west school aged 11-12 male swimmers as experimental subjects,divided into two groups,respectively,the experimental group and control group,compared with 8 weeks.In the experimental group,the resistance training was used as the guidance of the strength training course.The conclusions are summarized as follows:1.Selected for adolescent Swimming Athletes' training index,dynamic tension,medicine ball,Swiss ball,resistance to pull up sprint running,jumping and weight bearing toes have remarkable effect.2.The experimental group and the control group after the intervention of the experimental group compared to the physical quality of the land,the experiment shows that the effect ofyoung people on the land resistance training program is better than the conventional strength training.3.The experimental group and the control group after the intervention of the experimental group,the results were compared between the three groups,the experimental group was significantly different,while the control group was not significantly different between the four swimming posture.The experimental group had a better effect on land resistance training.4.compared with the traditional strength training,the resistance exercise to improve the athletes,athletic performance,muscle strength effect is more significant.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the design of the athletes' resistance training on the ground.5.This study on the 11-12 year old swimmer resistance training optimized combination design,improve the athlete's special quality and performance,to achieve the purpose of improving the training efficiency.
