Purpose:In general, coaches always based his selection of the right kids who is suitable for the project’s training and have a long-term development potential on their past training experience in sports practice. By now, The fast and effective way to find the right young children is still lack。 so, the purpose of this study is to find a way to evaluate the speed and strength of young children by the tests of the laboratory test and the field test.Method:The study used the literature data, expert investigation method, biomechanical analysis and mathematical statistics method. And it intend to collect the easy and effective assessment means of the lower fast-speed strength level.Conclution:In total, there has no signifaicant difference about the result between the the laboratory tests.the performance of the the trainning group is higher than the general group. Correlation coeffient of the laboratory test result between the field test is not high, whlie the Correlation coeffient of the field test methods is high(P>0.05).Suggestion:The appropriate height of the jump is different because of the difference in the level of individual movement. When assessing the the lower extremities fast-speed force, we should coordinate the field methods and the the laboratory methods.
