An Experimental Study On The Effect Of Unstable Resistance Training On Shot Put Performance

By comparing the effect of 8-week non-stable resistance training and traditional resistance training on the core stability,physical fitness,special performance and special technology of students in sports colleges and universities.To explore the value of unstable resistance training in shot put teaching and training,so as to enrich the relevant training theory,and put forward suggestions according to the research results.In this paper,the training plan is made by the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and the experimental data are collected and analyzed statistically.The subjects were 24 undergraduate students in the track and field specialty of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,who were divided into experimental group and control group.Each group was randomly assigned 12 people,and a total of eight weeks of intervention experiment was carried out.The experimental group received non-stable resistance training,while the control group received traditional resistance training.The core stability test includes FMS test,DLS test,eight-level dive bridge and five-level side bridge,and the special physical fitness indicators include snatch,standing long jump,30 m run,two-handed front solid ball throw and in-place shot put.Finally,the shot put test and technical evaluation should be carried out.The training actions of the experimental group and the control group are the same.The experimental group is trained under unstable support conditions such as BOSU ball,Swiss ball and balance pad after the two groups of stability resistance training.The control group is trained under stable ground support conditions.The total training amount of the two groups is the same.The research results are as follows:(1)After the eight-week intervention experiment,the scores of straight knee lifting,trunk stability and rotation stability in the functional motion screening(FMS)in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P<0.01),while those in the control group were not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).(2)After the eight-week intervention experiment,the scores of DLS test,grade 8 lean bridge and grade 5 lateral bridge reflecting core stability in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P<0.01),while those in the control group were not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).(3)After the eight-week intervention experiment,the special physical fitness indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the control group only had a significant improvement in standing long jump(P<0.05),while the other special physical fitness indexes had no significant difference from those before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(4)After the eight-week intervention experiment,the special score and technical evaluation score of the sliding backward shot put in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Unstable resistance training can significantly improve the score of functional motion screening(FMS)than traditional resistance training,and can effectively improve the coordination of the body and help the body to prevent sports injury and exercise rehabilitation.(2)The effect of non-stable resistance training on improving core stability is significantly better than that of traditional resistance training.(3)Compared with traditional resistance training,unstable resistance training can significantly improve the physical quality of shot put.(4)According to the special test of back sliding shot put,compared with the traditional resistance training,the unstable resistance training can significantly improve the special performance and special technology of back sliding shot put.
