A Research On The Whole Process Management Of School-Enterprise Cooperation Project Of “A” College

School enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises to seek a kind of resources on the basis of common interests in the integration form of cooperation to seek common development,and is the mode of training talents in Applied Technology and high skilled talents as the main target of talent.Due to the nature of the orientation of Vocational Colleges and universities,development ideas of Higher Vocational Colleges emphasize employment oriented,carry out school enterprise cooperation mode,will be its own school located in the training of professional talent,the only way which must be passed has become the development of China's higher vocational colleges,but also an important direction for China's current occupation education development in the future.How to build a better training mode of higher vocational college students,how to ensure the cooperation mode of operation is more scientific,more efficient,more conducive to establishing the training mode of talents,enhance their practical ability and innovation ability,has become a key research questions.This paper based on the theory of project management as a tool for the research of project management for the whole process of school enterprise cooperation.It studies the whole process management of school enterprise cooperation project from several aspects.Firstly,starting from the current situation of higher vocational education development and the goal of talent training,this paper analyzes the significance of the implementation and optimization research of talent training project of school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational colleges.By means of literature research and comparative study,this paper probes into the current development situation,common patterns and current research situation of school enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in the current common mode of our country.Based on the related concepts and theoretical basis of project management,this paper analyzes the process of talent training project of school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational colleges.Secondly,the cooperation project of A University as the research object,using the case study combined with qualitative research and quantitative research,analyzes the operation process of cooperation project of A college and training mode,brings problems in the process of project operation,and establishes a school enterprise cooperation project management system.Finally,taking A college specialty cooking specialty as the targeted research object,the school enterprise cooperation project management system is applied to the construction of school enterprise cooperation project.
